4 Weeks Out

• Assign a move coordinator. Inventory all furniture, IT equipment and files.
• Book movers experienced in office relocations — after-hours crews matter.
• Notify building management at both locations; book freight lifts.

1 Week Out

• Back up all data. Label every workstation’s equipment.
• Confirm new office fit-out is complete — power, AC, network.
• Share the floor plan with your movers for exact placement.
