4 Weeks Before: Book & Organize

• Start collecting documents: Ejari, tenancy contract, Emirates ID copies.

2 Weeks Before: Notify & Pack Non-Essentials

• Notify DEWA, internet provider and building management.
• Arrange move-in/move-out permits and service-lift bookings with both buildings.
• Pack seasonal items, books and décor. Label every box by room.

1 Week Before: Confirm Everything

• Confirm movers, date, time and parking access.
• Pack a “first-night box”: chargers, toiletries, bedding, snacks, documents.
• Defrost the freezer, drain washing machine hoses.
